My favorite water park is probably Typhoon Lagoon. I haven't been since Kristin and I were kids and we'd race down those ridiculously slow kiddie slides in our animal print one pieces (sorry Kris). I did like the wave pool a lot and the lazy river is quite fabulous at all water parks (except Blizzard Beach has the ice cold water dripping on you in that cave- ack!)
River Country was COLD but fun. I liked the water slides that dropped you from the top into the water. I could go on those for hours!

I have only been to Blizzard Beach but I want to go check out Typhoon Lagoon. The lazy River is very relaxing and if the Typhoon Lagoon one doesn't have icy cold waterfalls then I really have to go try it.

BBW, River Country was the original water park at WDW. It's been closed for a while now, but had a much simpler feel to it. It was located near Fort Wilderness Campground. If you rent one of the little boats on Bay Lake you can drive fairly close to it and see it, unfortunately, rotting away.

Not to be ignorant, but where the heck is River Country? If its park of WDW, I missed it totally in 2005.
That lazy river at Typhoon Lagoon is da bomb... hands down better than the same thing over at Blizzard Beach.
I tried both parks in one day... and found that saying Blizzard Beach is #2 is no joke... it is second best in all categories!
Typhoon Lagoon #1 <----- YES YES YES!!!
Blizzard Beach #2 <---- better believe the numbers!! d
disney blizerd is conssercd an extrame water park on the travel chaannel
