My favorite memories of toontown fair, are just walking through and looking at all the amazing detail and hidden facts that are there. I also really enjoyed the walk through you, shane and chris gave us the other day.

I've been trying to figure out why I love it so much, and today it finally occurred to me. Story time!
Back when I was on the College Program my family visited in December. At this point all of my brothers and I had not spent much time just the four of us in years. So we started the trip the same way we usually do. Space Mountain. Eventually we made our way over to Toontown to ride the Barnstormer. My parents both opted out so it was just the four brothers together, for the first time in years.
We spent the time in line talking and really enjoying each others time together. I feel like after that moment the four of us have always been closer and it's all thanks to Toontown!

I, personally, have not been to Toontown much, but i think my favorite memory will now be of you and your brothers! Your parents must be very proud of you, Brent. Thank you for letting us in on that memory.

I never paid much attention to the details in Toontown...It was just a place for Robbie to run, play and be a kid! It was where Mickey and Minnie were - and of course the princesses. We never went to Pixie Hollow as the line was always so long! I will regret that forever! But then, I met a very special young man who conducted this "When You Wish Upon a Tour"...he took me into places that I had never been. He showed me the details and taught me to "look up" to see all the magic that this wonderful "Land" had to offer. He took my Robbie on the Barnstormer and kept him from going potty in the bushes. He laughed with us and enjoyed the tour as much as we did! I could see the spark in his eyes as he pointed out the things gone unseen by me for so many years. He made me slow down and really take it all in. I will miss Toontown when I visit WDW, but the progression of the park and the expansion of Fantasyland will make the pill not-so-hard-to-swallow (once it's finished). Until then, I thank God for Brent and his wonderful talent and his love for sharing Toontown (and all his knowledge) with others. Toontown - you will be missed!

I've got a few favorite memories of Toontown, but I think one of my favorites was when I went there with some friends after the infamous "it's a small world" ride-testing. Whilst we were playing in the park (and getting paid for it, hehe!), we decided that since the group of us were all together, we simply HAD to get a picture with Mickey Mouse.

This is one of the few digital pictures I've got from my 2005 program, mainly because I rarely took pictures and I often would just buy disposable cameras for $1 from Property Control. I managed to get this picture from Rachael (the girl with the glasses), who also e-mailed me a few other pictures from that day.

Then there was the rather odd incident with the found child who decided he'd just wander away from his family and go help the vendor serve popcorn and soda at Toontown Popcorn (Popcorn 7). I was doing stock that day, and when I brought an order to Toontown Popcorn, the vendor told me how she found the child just standing by her wagon. Whenever she asked where his parents were, he would just say "Somewhere" without offering any explanation. She hadn't reported it yet and was about to (we have to wait about 10 minutes before reporting it, in case the parent suddenly comes up and says, "Oh thank you for finding my child!") when I arrived. I told the vendor to keep serving, I'd call it in whilst unloading the stock. However, before I could call it in, a woman came up to me and introduced herself as the mother. She said that she'd been watching her son the entire time from the Mad Tea Party. He was a kid that likes to wander, and sometimes would get mad if his parents took him away from his solo wandering for awhile, and so she stood by at Mad Tea Party watching him until he was done playing at the wagon. She had no idea that we thought he was lost (I think she thought he told the vendor that she was watching), so when she saw me reaching for the radio with a somewhat-serious face, she knew she had to go over. I was still a little annoyed that she just watched him from afar anyway without even telling the vendor, but it was still a rather funny reason why.
