As you guys may know, the Disney theme parks are very popular places to propose to someone special. If you look on YouTube there are many ways to pop the question.

If you were to propose to someone at the theme parks, where would you do it? Would you do it while in a Meet and Greet? Do it while riding the Tower of Terror? The Great Movie Ride? In front of what character would you propose to someone?

Let's get creative here!

I think it would be cool to set it up with Disney were Captain Hook would kidnap her and take her on Pirates of the Caribbean, and we have a sword duel for the woman's heart, and after I defeated Captain Hook I would get on one knee and pop the question. If I wasn't already married of course

When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on so long in the first place.

I've seen quite a few proposals while in the parks (just saw one about two weeks ago actually), but one of my all time favorites was set up by us custodians when I was down there. A guy approached one of my fellow custodians (while his girlfriend was in the restroom) about a good place to propose. We then talked to our friends at Tomorrowland attractions adn they let the two of them go to the top of Astro Orbitor to watch Wishes that night with no other guests around and he popped the question.

Wait! I just thought of another story that I think is hilarious (because it's an awful proposal).

While working as a custodian in Fantasyland I was doing a trash run. When we would do the trash runs we'd take out the liner inside the trash can and pour the trash from one liner into the other and head to the next trash can.

While at one trash can I noticed a couple sitting right next to the trash can I was at and I also noticed an older couple a few feet away filming this couple. It was kind of odd but I didn't think anything of it. While pouring trash from one liner to another (literally a foot or two away from this girls head) I hear him say, "Will you marry me?"

If I were him, I'd wait fifteen seconds to not have their magical moment be interupted by flying trash, but at least it gave me a hilarious story to tell.

It would have been funnier if the trash was actually the blessing that turned it into a successful marriage that would last till the end of time :p .
