I love to play mini golf around the area, I love eating at the waffle house  , I also just enjoy driving around the area and going to look around different malls. I am not a big fan of Universal but I will give it a try because I love Harry Potter.

I'm with Erik, Mini Golf is the best!!! And Fantasia Gardens is pretty awesome! =) I love the little poems and tips at each hole and the theming is terrific.
Outside of the Disney Resort, I'm a sucker for outlet shopping, especially if it has a Disney outlet store or a music/book store. I got a bunch of random out of print Disney books at one of the outlet malls.

Although I do love me some mini golf... my favorite thing to do outside of the disney park is relax on a hammock at Polynesian. What better way to end a night then relaxing and looking at the stars. It really is a great way to reflect on the trip thus far and to think of the wishes that are yet to come true

I love resort hopping, checking out the restaurants and shops and just relaxing. Mini Golf and shopping at Downtown Disney is great too.
